Shackles
We have offered the SKL clamps intended for various shape sizes since 2006:
SKL 25 for V25,
SKL29 for V29,
SKL32-36 for V32, V34, V36

The modern construction and manufacturing technology of the clamps contributes to their low weight while maintaining high strength to static and dynamic loads. The shackles are classified as bow shackles. Bow bolts are forged hot of round rods made of high performance steel.
The clamps are flattened in the corners and therefore adhere to the connected shapes at the large area, which ensures that the bolts are perpendicular to the shapes and prevents the connectors from being seized. An advantage resulting from the construction of our clamps is that the risk is prevented of bolt being moved with high energy towards the working and clamps with different construction may present a high risk for the working miners.
Lower yokes are cast of ductile iron in cast moulds made with machines, which ensures the high accuracy and replicability of casts.
Flange nuts with the higher hex part are used for SKL clamps which makes assembly much easier. The nuts can be tightened with higher torque than in other types of shackles and the corresponding, higher load capacity can be achieved.
