RSM tube props
The RSM symmetrical tube props are designed for stabilising the frames of the narrow workings’ supports made of KS/KO-21, V25, V29, V32, V34 and V36 shapes.
The prop, due to its modular design and unprofiled tube connector, features very high compressive and tensile strength, and thus is suitable for especially hard geologic conditions.
A spatial structure made of the connected frames is created when stabilising the frames with the RSM tube props forming a mining heading support together with the poling and lining. The RSM spreader, depending on the required longitudinal load capacity and shape size, is classified as the prop of: light type (V25 ), average type (V25/29, V29) and heavy type ( V29, V32, V34 and V36 ). The tube props of light and average type are adjusted for the support frame spacing of 300 to 1500mm, and 300 to 1250mm for the heavy type.
The complete tube prop is made of a tube connector with the wall thickness adjusted to the shape size and frame spacing, bow bolt or two hook bolts, profiled clamping ring and two hex nuts with trapezoid or metric thread.
Adjustable RSM – 1 tube props
The adjustable RSM props supplement the offer of unsymmetrical RSM props and are used when it is necessary to maintain variable frame spacing on the right or left side wall.
It occurs when workings are made at arches and when branchings and junctions are made.
