Shot blasting
We have a modular chamber of SciTeex which allows, thanks to its size, to shot blast parts of the dimensions of 3.5 x 4.0 x 9 m (WxHxL).
Currently, it is the best method which allows to:
- clean metal surfaces from rust, scale, paint and lacquer
- prepare parts to be painted, galvanized or coated with various protective materials
- obtain high efficiency of the process used when machining steel parts
- eliminate production of harmful quartz dust
- use of shot blasting in the technological process guarantees high quality of installation and later application of various coats on the product
